As the third largest Pride festival and parade in California, the organization celebrates the LGBTQ+ community with a strong focus on inclusion and works to educate the broader public on the importance of diversity in building a stronger, healthier society. There is no entry fee to participate in the parade.
The City proudly presents the following 2025 grand marshals:
- Morris Knight Political Grand Marshal – Second District Councilwoman Cindy Allen
- Whitey Littlefield Community Bridge Building Grand Marshal – Carolyn Caldwell
- Robert Crow Grand Marshal and Celebrity Grand Marshal – Jennifer Kumiyama
- Marilyn Barlow Grand Marshal – founding members of It’s a Drag to Give Debra Kahookele, Josie Quiros, Rocio Rached and Isa Rached, who sadly passed away on Jan.

- Judith Doyle Grand Marshal – Pastor Tony Carreras from Christ Chapel Long Beach

Led by the grand marshals, Long Beach Pride Parade will feature a variety of participating organizations, business and stakeholder groups showcasing vibrant and engaging floats and displays.
Businesses and community organizations interested in participating in the parade can submit an entry application now through Friday, May 9, 2025.
From vibrant live performances to immersive art, cultural showcases, and interactive zones, this year’s festival promises an unforgettable weekend for all.
While the City of Long Beach now leads the planning of the Pride Parade, the Long Beach Pride™ organization remains fully focused on delivering a dynamic and inclusive festival experience at the heart of the city’s celebration.

The City of Long Beach will serve as the official host for the 2025 Long Beach Pride Parade for the second consecutive year, ensuring the longstanding and cherished event continues for 2025.
