I’ve never done a lesbian group tour. Barcelona, Spain
Tapas y mas! One of the things we love about Barcelona is that you can explore the beaches by day and watch the streets come alive at night!
While the company is on the smaller side, their network of connections really set them apart.
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Amsterdam certainly lives up to its reputation for being incredibly friendly, welcoming, and open-minded when it comes to queer culture. Ella Travel
Ella Travel began as a European festival for lesbians and queer women and expanded to include travel. This is especially important if you’re traveling to a destination that isn’t LGBTQ-friendly, because you want to feel safe on the ground.
Support queer owned businesses: LGBTQ-owned brands get a lot of love and support during Pride month, but there are eleven other months of the year.
Perez expanded into lesbian group travel in 2016, noticing that the LGBTQ travel market had few women’s group travel options.
Ladies Touch loves planning group trips to LGBTQ-friendly countries, where women travelers can connect with like-minded travelers and enjoy a supportive destination.
But in my experience traveling as queer and gender nonconforming person, small group tours aren’t always as welcoming as we might hope. If you are looking for a city that offers a queer-energy vibe and fun outdoor activities, such as hiking, then Denver is an ideal travel destination for you!

Pink Iceland
Pink Iceland started as a project for master’s degree. That means your trip will not only be a life-changing for you, it will leave the communities you visited a better place!
New Zealand Awaits runs small group trips through the North Island and the south island of New Zealand. We recommend lesbian travelers follow SHELiFE Events to stay on top of some of the top lesbian and queer women events in the area.

Kirstie works at a creative studio called beTRUE Los Angeles, they bring the queer community together for unique opportunities to create content and attend a variety of community events, such as movie nights or open mic nights. London’s nightlife includes an array of sexy burlesque performances, comedy shows, dance parties, and so much more.
Pink Iceland specializes in Iceland travel and events. Amsterdam has more than 10 LGBTQ+ friendly bars including Club NYX, Café ‘t Mandje, and lesbian bar Bar Buka. Pride in Amsterdam is unique because the parade is held on the canals with hundreds of floats, people, and performances. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Puerto Vallarta is one of those cities that make you feel right at home!
Fancy or rustic? There are twenty Paris arrondissements, or neighborhoods, which vary in Parisian culture. Our favorite experience was walking around the Montmartre neighborhood – home to the infamous Moulin Rouge and burlesque shows.
There are many local bars and cafes here that exude that Parisian aesthetic you see in movies such as dimly lit terraces with red awnings and the famous jazz music playing softly in the background.
Whether you are in Soho or the East End, you’ll feel safe enough to explore and experience what the city has to offer. We want the kind of connections that come from being in all-queer spaces. If there’s a lesbian travel option that I missed, drop it in the comments and I’ll add it to this list.
